Birchwood Shopping Centre , Lincoln

Birchwood Shopping Centre, an important district commercial centre located approximately 4 miles from Lincoln city centre, was comprehensively refurbished and extended to provide new retail space, office accommodation, residential apartments and improved car parking facilities.

The development was carefully phased to allow the existing retail units to continue to trade and members of the public to continue to access the centre.
