Country House Restoration, Boothby Pagnell, Lincolnshire

A fine stone built Grade II early 19th C country house, with a GIFA of 12,500ft and thought to have been a rebuild of an earlier 17th C house.

The Hall was comprehensively refurbished and restored with works including renewal of the roof coverings and rainwater goods, repairs to the stone elevations, internal alterations and improvements including full renewal of the mechanical and electrical installations, fine joinery items, new bathrooms, new floor finishes and full redecoration throughout.
